How fast is delivery, really?
Licence keys are held in stock and sent instantly, within seconds of your payment being settled. Products that have to be prepared by hand say so on the product page, along with how long they take.
What happens if a delivery fails?
It is retried automatically, several times, with a growing gap between attempts. If it still cannot complete, the order is queued for a person to finish. You can also look up your order and have it sent again at any time.
How do I pay?
Card payment is not available on the site yet. Place your order and we will contact you at the address you gave to arrange payment, then deliver as soon as it settles. We never store card details.
Can I get a refund?
Digital goods are a special case in law, and our refund policy sets out exactly when you can cancel and when you cannot — in plain language, including the right you give up by asking for immediate delivery.
Do I need an account?
No. You can buy with an email address alone. An account lets you see past orders and reveal your keys again later, but nothing requires one.
