Questions
Discord accounts and Nitro: everything worth knowing before you buy.

What is an aged Discord account, and why does age matter?
An aged Discord account is one registered some time ago and in existence on the platform since, rather than created today. Reesmen sells accounts aged from 1-2 months old up to 2023 and 2024 registrations, and every tier states its age on the product page.
Age matters because it is the one property of an account that cannot be manufactured. A registration date is either there or it is not, which is why aged accounts clear more automated checks and read less like a throwaway.
What age does not give you is reputation. An aged account with no history is still an account with no history, and in a community that looks at what you have actually done, a 2023 registration is not a shortcut to trust. Pay for age when something you are joining checks it; do not pay for age expecting it to stand in for participation.
Buying aged Discord accounts works through that trade in full, including where paying more stops being worth it.
What does full access mean on a Discord account?
Full access means you receive every credential needed to control the account, not only a login. Each line is laid out as email:emailpass:discordpass:token — the Discord password, the original email the account was created with (the OGE), that inbox's own password, and the account token.
The inbox is the part that matters, and it is worth being plain about why. Discord routes every security-relevant action through email: password changes, new-device confirmations, address changes, recovery when two-factor is lost. Without the inbox you cannot change the password, so whoever sold it can still sign in; you cannot move the account to an address you own; and you cannot recover it if you are logged out.
An account without its email is rented. An account with it is yours to secure. That is the whole of the price difference, and it is why we do not sell the cheaper version.
Can a Discord account I buy get banned?
Discord is a third party and Reesmen is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by it, so no seller can promise an account against moderation. Anyone who does is selling you something.
Two separate things are worth keeping apart. Discord's terms of service prohibit transferring accounts — that is true of every account sold by anyone, anywhere, and it is not a property of this shop. Separately, how an account behaves after it reaches you is your responsibility, under Discord's rules rather than ours.
What we cover is the account working when it arrives. Every order carries a 24-hour warranty from delivery: an account that does not work inside that window is replaced or refunded, as set out in our refunds policy. We cannot appeal to Discord on your behalf, and no seller can.
Check an account on arrival rather than weeks later. The window is short on purpose, and it is the period in which a genuine problem shows up.
How fast is delivery?
Anything held in stock is sent instantly — within seconds of your payment settling — as a text file attached to an email. There is no queue and no person in the loop, which is what lets us sell at these prices.
"Settling" is the only real wait. You pay in cryptocurrency through our payment provider, and the network has to confirm the transaction before anything is released. That is usually under a minute and occasionally longer when a network is busy. Your items are held for you the whole time, so nothing is sold out from under you while you wait.
Products prepared by hand say so on the product page, along with how long they take.
Delivery is never one-shot: you can look up your order and have it sent again at any time, and a signed-in account keeps every past order in one place.
What payment methods do you accept?
Reesmen accepts cryptocurrency at checkout — USDT, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Solana and Ethereum. Choosing to pay opens our payment provider in a new tab, so the shop stays where it is and your basket is not lost.
No card details are ever entered on this site or stored by us. There is no card form here to be compromised, which is a deliberate choice rather than a limitation we are apologising for.
Your items are reserved while the payment confirms, and delivery happens the moment it settles — no message to send and nothing to claim. If you close the tab mid-payment, the order is still waiting under your orders.
If a payment arrives short, or arrives after the hold has expired, it is flagged for a person rather than silently failed. You will hear from us either way.
Do the accounts come with the email inbox?
Yes. Every full access account includes the original email it was created with — the OGE — together with that inbox's own password, so you can read verification and recovery messages yourself.
Which provider you get is stated in the product name rather than buried. Tiers listed as GMX carry a GMX address; the rest carry Outlook or Hotmail. They behave the same for Discord's purposes, and the choice is mostly about which provider you would rather sign into.
Inbox access is included as standard because without it you could not secure an account you had just bought. The first three things to do with a new account are read the inbox, change the Discord password, then change the email address to one you own — in that order, and inside the warranty window so that anything failing is still covered.
Do you sell Discord bot tokens?
No. Reesmen sells user account credentials, not bot tokens, and the two are unrelated despite sharing a word.
A bot token is a credential for an application. You generate it yourself, for free, in Discord's own developer portal, for a bot you own. Nobody needs to sell you one and nobody should.
An account token is the credential that authenticates a real Discord user account. That is what you receive here, delivered as a text file: the email, the email password, the Discord password and the account's token.
If you came looking for the first kind, Discord's developer portal is where to go and it will cost you nothing. If you want the second, what Discord tokens are explains the vocabulary and full access tokens covers what is actually included.
What is the difference between a Nitro token, a Nitro promo and a Nitro trial?
A Nitro token is a Discord account with Nitro already activated for the stated period, one or three months. A Nitro trial is an account carrying a free trial offer you claim after signing in, so Nitro is not active at the moment of delivery. A Nitro promo is a code you redeem on your own eligible Discord account.
The practical difference is whose account ends up with Nitro. Tokens and trials belong to the account supplied and cannot be moved onto an account you already have. A promo is the only one that upgrades your own profile.
A promo is also the only one Discord can refuse. An account that has had Nitro, Nitro Basic, Nitro Classic or a Nitro trial in the last twelve months cannot redeem a promotion, and claiming one needs a payment method on file.
Nitro token or promo code sets the two side by side.
Do you offer bulk discounts on Discord accounts?
Yes, and they apply on their own — there is no code to find and nothing to ask for.
Aged accounts fall from $0.13 each to $0.12 at 2,000, $0.11 at 5,000 and $0.10 at 10,000. The lower price appears in your basket as soon as the quantity reaches the threshold, and the product page tells you how many more you would need to add to reach the next one.
Other products have their own ladders, shown the same way on their own pages. A single line can carry up to 100,000 units.
One thing worth knowing: a bulk price and a discount code do not stack. Whichever is better for you is the one applied, so you are never worse off for holding a code — but you are not getting both at once.
What happens if an account stops working?
Every order carries a 24-hour warranty from the moment it is delivered. Inside that window, an account that does not work is replaced or refunded.
Contact us with your order number and the line that failed — the specific line, not the whole file — and we will deal with it. You can find the order number and resend the file from your orders at any time, so a deleted email is not a lost purchase.
The window is short and that is deliberate. A credential either works on arrival or it does not, and the problems the warranty exists for show up in minutes rather than weeks. What it cannot cover is what happens to an account afterwards, because that depends on how it is used and on Discord's decisions rather than ours.
The refunds policy is the full version, in plain language.
How do I log in to a Discord account after buying it?
Your order arrives as a text file in which each line reads email:emailpass:discordpass:token. Sign in at Discord with the email address and the Discord password — the ordinary login, nothing unusual.
Then do three things straight away, in this order:
- Read the inbox using the email password, so you can clear any verification message
- Change the Discord password, which locks out anyone else holding the same line
- Change the email address to one you own, which is what makes the account genuinely yours
Do all three inside the 24-hour warranty window. If any step fails, that is exactly what the warranty is for, and you want to find out while it still applies.
A login from a new country may ask for email verification first. That is normal, and it is the reason the inbox comes with the account.
Can I get a refund?
Digital goods are a special case in law, and our refunds policy sets out exactly when you can cancel and when you cannot, in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.
The short version: once a credential has been delivered to you, it cannot be un-delivered. You have seen it. That is why the statutory right to cancel does not survive delivery for this kind of product, and it is standard across the category rather than something particular to us.
What that does not remove is the 24-hour warranty. If what arrived does not work, you are replaced or refunded. That is a separate promise from the right to change your mind, and it is the one that matters in practice.
If an order fails before delivery, or a payment arrives that cannot be matched to a working order, you are refunded in full.
What happens if a delivery fails?
It is retried automatically, several times, with a growing gap between attempts — seconds at first, then minutes. Most failures are a transient problem at the email provider and clear on their own without anybody noticing.
If it still cannot complete, the order is queued for a person to finish by hand rather than left silently broken. You do not need to chase it, and you will not be left with a paid order and nothing to show for it.
Two things make this safe to retry as aggressively as we do. The same keys go to the same address every time, so a repeated send cannot deliver the wrong thing to the wrong person — the worst case is receiving twice what you already own. And your order is readable from your orders whether or not any email arrived at all.
If you have paid and nothing has reached you, contact us with the order number.
Is Reesmen a registered company?
Yes. Reesmen Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 17263287, and the registered address is on our about page.
That is worth more than it might look in this category. Most shops selling Discord accounts are anonymous — no company, no address, no jurisdiction and no recourse if something goes wrong. A registered company number is a fact you can check for yourself against the public register, without taking our word for anything.
It also means we are bound by UK consumer law rather than by whatever a terms page happens to claim. Our refunds policy, our stated warranty and our handling of your data are obligations with a regulator behind them, not promises that can quietly be withdrawn.
Support is available every day, and contact reaches a person.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can buy with an email address alone. An account lets you see past orders and open what you bought again later, but nothing requires one.
